We use several different carriers to ship our orders: FedEx, UPS and USPS. We always choose the best carrier for shipping your order and pass on the best rate we can.
The shipping rates are calculated based on the number of items you are ordering and the weight of the order. We offer a shipping estimation tool on the cart page, and you will see the final amount during checkout.
You may select from three shipping services: Standard, Expedited and Priority. For our Standard shipping service you can expect delivery within 5-7 days, Expedited shipping 2-4 days and Priority shipping 1-2 days. These are target delivery time frames; we usually are able to meet these targets but during peak times please understand that it may not always be possible.
For a limited time Free Shipping is now available on all orders! The delivery target for orders dispatched with Free Shipping is 5-10 days.
With apologies to international customers, at this time we are able to ship only to addresses within the United States.
You may use either of the two payment systems we offer, Google Checkout and PayPal, both of which accept all major credit cards.
Google Checkout allows you to checkout quickly and easily directly from the Cart page. Click the blue Google Checkout button on right hand side of the Cart page. You can use your stored credit card and address information from your Google Account.
PayPal is a payment option after checkout. Click the red Checkout Now button on the right hand side of the Cart page. PayPal accept a number of credit cards or you may use your PayPal account.

Our customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with no questions asked. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
